If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a prompt replacement, refund or credit.

Apparel

We use only Swarovski^® crystals which are guaranteed to stay on for the life of the garment. Should one become loose or fall off, simply ship your garment to Switzer Studios where it will be repaired at no charge and returned to you in a prompt manner. We will even reimburse your shipping charges.

Apparel Return Policy

Custom and personalized products are exchangeable only if they are damaged or differ from what you ordered. All merchandise with a custom name, phrase or unique design is considered to be custom and personalized.

Switzer Studios will exchange items that are not custom or personalized for a different size of the identical item same style and color free of charge. We accept returns of standard merchandise within 14 days of receipt, and shipping charges are not reimbursed. The products must be in their original condition, not damaged, worn or washed.

Please contact Switzer Studios for a return authorization prior to returning merchandise to us.

Fine Art Originals & Prints

All fine art originals and prints may be returned within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Commissioned Artwork

If within 5 business days of receiving of the portrait, you determine that it does not meet your expectations, you have a choice of these options:

the portrait will be adjusted to your specifications,
a new portrait will be executed or
a full refund (less booking fee) will be issued.
